Howard Szalavetz

Howard Szalavetz, Founder, President, and CEO of Howard Szalavetz Properties ULC, graduated from McGill University in 1992 as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). He is involved in the community and currently sits on various boards in a volunteer capacity. Howard is also a Board Member of SDC District Central. Howard is highly skilled and experienced in property acquisitions. He is intimately involved every step of the way, beginning with scouting properties, analyzing deals, completing due diligence, reviewing appraisals, negotiating offers and ultimately closing the deal. His expertise extends beyond acquisitions and includes 32 years of property management experience, leasing, and renovations in both the residential and the commercial market.
